Got suggestions about when partners don’t share the same vision? I feel like we’re pulling in different directions sometimes and I get really frustrated. Ideas? Marked as spam

Paul, Have you sat down with your partners and created a common vision for your company? If you haven’t done this together then it means you’ve expanded to a way bigger place than where you were before, and maybe where they still are. My suggestion is that you schedule time to do the vision chapter together. Signing up for this program shows that you are really interested in expanding the outer limits of who you are and growing your business exponentially. Hopefully, your partners are interested in growing just as much as you are. You’ll find out if they are when you all work on your vision together. Keep me posted on what happens! Nita Marked as spam
